Questions
Fares, fees, and hours.
Including what we do not do.
If the answer is not here, the fastest route is the phone.
The work
What the desk does.
What kind of travel do you handle
Every kind of trip, with long haul international air at the centre of it. Hotels, cars, transfers, and the ground around a trip are arranged as part of the itinerary. Families and simchas, business travel, and schools, shuls, and companies moving ten to two hundred seats on one manifest.
How do you reach fares the public sites never show
We hold relationships with wholesale desks, consolidators, airline account managers, and flight brokers built over years, and we price your trip across all of them at once against the public fare. You see the comparison, not a single number. Where the airline website wins, we say so.
Do you book groups, and how large
Yes. Ten to two hundred seats on one manifest is ordinary work here. Group space is held under its own terms, with name deadlines and deposit dates we track for you rather than sending you a reminder to track them yourself. How groups are handled.
Can you book flights with my miles
Yes, as a full service. We search partner award space, advise which points to move where, and book the seat, from fifty dollars per traveler per ticket. When you are short on miles or holding the wrong kind, we map the transfer that fixes it. Card advisory for families and businesses runs alongside it.
Money
What it costs.
Do you charge a fee
Yes, on the work rather than the ticket. Every quote states the charge model plainly: either one all in price, or the cost of the travel with our service fee shown on its own line. You see the number before you agree to anything. There is no price list, because the fee depends on the trip, and a short call settles it.
Is the fare really lower
Sometimes, and sometimes not. Where the airline website is cheapest, we say so and tell you to book it there. That honesty is the reason the second trip comes back.
How quickly will I hear back
A person reads every new request and answers the same working day. A priced quote follows within one working day for a straightforward itinerary, and within two where several carriers or a group are involved. Start a request.
Getting started
What we need from you.
Do I need passports to get a quote
No. A quote needs the route, the dates, how many people, and the age band of anyone travelling on a child fare. Passport numbers, nationalities, and document expiry dates are booking information, and we only ask for them once you have accepted a quote and we are ticketing.
What happens after I accept a quote
We ask for the documents the booking needs, confirm seats, special meals, and anything you told us once and never want to repeat, and we hold the ticketing and payment deadlines. The same person who priced the trip watches it through the last landing.
What do you tell an employer or an organisation about a traveller
Status and dates only. A company or a school sees whether a trip is quoted, booked, or flown, and what it cost against their budget. Passports, personal preferences, and anything a traveller told us in confidence are never shown to them.
What happens if something goes wrong in the air
Call the number on your itinerary. A schedule change, a cancellation, or a disruption on a trip in progress is worked whatever the day or hour. Pricing and new requests wait for the next working morning.
Trust
Who you are dealing with.
Are you licensed and registered
Nesiya Travel is a service of BH Travel Group LLC, a California limited liability company, and a registered California Seller of Travel. We participate in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, registration 710528, and hold CLIA membership through Cruise Lines International Association. Every quote we send carries the registration on it.
Who holds the money
Your quote states plainly who charges you and for what, the airline, the supplying desk, or Nesiya, before you approve anything. Where a deposit is required to hold space, the quote states what it is for, when it is due, and what happens to it if the trip does not proceed. No surprises on a card statement, ever.
What are your hours
Pacific time, Monday through Thursday, and Friday until the desk closes for Shabbat. That Friday close moves through the year with candle lighting, so it is earlier in winter and later in summer. The desk is closed Shabbat and the chagim, and the status line at the top of every page always says which it is right now.

What we do not do
The work we turn away.
Domestic point to point on a low cost carrier
Book it yourself. There is nothing we can add and we will tell you that on the phone.
Charter and block seat programmes
We do not sell public charter.
Rulings on Jewish law
We state candle lighting and havdalah times. We do not say what may or may not be done with them. Ask your rav.
Visa issuance
We state the entry and passport validity requirement for your route and the date it applies. Obtaining the document is yours.
Ask the question out loud.
A two minute call settles most of it, and you will speak to the person who would handle the trip.
