Since 2018 this was a private arrangement. The same families flying the same routes in the same seasons, calling one person who already knew the passport numbers, the seat they wanted, and the week they never fly.
Behind it sat years of building relationships with the agencies, wholesale desks, and flight brokers who hold the fares the public sites never show, and one rule that never changed: charge the lowest price possible, even when it cost us.
The dream was always for Drew to be the agent of record, the name on the booking, not the friend behind someone else's desk. Nesiya is that dream, formalized and run from Beverly Hills. Nesiya means journey. The name is the whole brief.
Drew Goulson
Drew Goulson has spent eight years doing one thing obsessively: finding the best fare in existence and proving it. Long before Nesiya had a name, he was the person families called before they called the airline.
He studied the mileage and credit card world the way analysts study markets: which card earns what, when points beat cash, how upgrade strategy turns a business class seat into pennies on the dollar. He has advised families and businesses on their spending so thoroughly that some clients have not paid cash for travel in years, their ordinary business spend covers it.
The philosophy is simple and slightly bad for business: charge the lowest price possible, pass the savings on whenever possible, and lose money when keeping a promise requires it.
He is a world traveler himself, and the planner of his own family's trips, so he knows the true pain and the true cost of travel firsthand. That is where the heart of Nesiya comes from, and why he would rather make less on a booking than watch a family stay home. The photos clients send from a first trip out of the country are what make all of it worth it.
