What we hold, and why.
Travel needs real particulars. Passport lines, dates of birth, card details. This page says exactly what happens to them.
What we collect
Only what a trip requires. Names as they appear on the travel document, dates of birth where a carrier asks for them, contact details, passport and visa particulars, loyalty numbers, seat and meal preferences, and the payment details needed to hold or issue a booking.
Where a trip is arranged by an employer, a school, or a group, we collect the same particulars from the traveller directly.
Why we hold it
To price, book, ticket, and service travel, to meet airline and government requirements, and to keep records that tax and consumer protection law require us to keep.
We do not sell personal information. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to advertising networks.
Who sees it
The airlines, hotels, and ground suppliers on your itinerary. The global distribution and consolidator systems used to issue a ticket. Payment processors. Our own staff, limited to the people working your trip.
Where an employer or organisation funds a trip, they see status, dates, routing, and cost. They never see passport details, dates of birth, dietary or medical preferences, or personal contact details.
Payment details
Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. Where a card must be held on file for a supplier, it is held in the booking system under the supplier's own controls.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years, which is the period California tax and seller of travel record keeping requires. Passport images and identity documents are deleted once the trip is complete unless you ask us to retain them for a future booking.
Your rights
California residents may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, and ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises those rights.

Cookies
The site sets only what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
