Who you are contracting with

Nesiya Travel is a service of BH Travel Group LLC, a California limited liability company, at 415 North Camden Drive, Suite 111, Beverly Hills, California 90210.

What we are

We arrange travel. The carriers, hotels, and ground operators on your itinerary supply it. Their own conditions of carriage and terms govern the travel itself, and those terms sit above anything written here.

Quotes and pricing

A quote holds only for as long as the fare and the seat hold, which on award and discounted inventory can be minutes. Nothing is confirmed until a ticket or a supplier confirmation number is issued.

Every quote states plainly who charges you and for what, and what any service fee covers, before you approve anything.

Payment and fees

Airfare and supplier costs are charged by the airline, the supplying desk, or by us, exactly as the quote states. Service fees are stated on the quote and are earned on work performed.

Where a deposit holds space, the quote states what it is for, when it is due, and what happens to it if the trip does not proceed.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

The fare rules on your ticket govern changes and refunds. We quote those rules before you approve, and we do not soften them afterwards.

Where we have promised a specific outcome on an award booking, that promise is written on the quote and we stand behind the words on it.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation requests take effect when we receive them in writing.

Supplier refunds follow the fare rules stated on your quote and return to the original form of payment on the supplier's timeline.

Our professional fees are earned when the work is performed and are not refundable once performed, except as stated on your quote or in the award booking promise.

Deposits are governed by the purpose, due date, and refund path stated on the quote that requested them.

Award booking searches follow the promise stated on the Miles and points page: if nothing bookable fits the brief you approved, half the fee returns to you, or the full amount becomes credit toward another search within twelve months. Space that fits the brief, found and declined, earns the fee.

Documents and eligibility

Passports, visas, entry permissions, and health requirements are the traveller's responsibility. We flag what we see, including passport validity windows, but we cannot warrant any government's decision at a border.

Insurance

We recommend travel insurance on every international trip and will say so plainly. Declining it is your choice, and the consequences of declining it sit with the traveller.

Liability

We are liable for our own negligence in arranging travel. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers, hotels, or ground operators, nor for weather, strikes, closures, or government action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California. Disputes are heard in Los Angeles County.
