Shabbat, chag, and the calendar.
Your routing lands with room to spare before candle lighting, not a scramble against it. We do not book travel across Shabbat or chag unless you ask us to, and we say so plainly when a schedule leaves no other way.
Pesach, the High Holidays and Sukkot are the three weeks of the year when seats vanish and fares double. We price them early because we book by that same calendar ourselves. Tell us the season and we will tell you when to move.
