Groups and simchas

Everyone in one place,
on one date.

A wedding, a bar mitzvah, a reunion. The date does not move, and the guest list arrives from six cities in whatever order it likes.

The aunt in Manchester

Books late, on a different carrier, and connects through a city where her bag will not. We route her on one ticket so a missed connection is the airline's obligation and not her problem at midnight.

The cousins from Toronto

Four adults, three children, one stroller and a strong preference for the overnight. Held together on one record so seats are assigned as a family rather than scattered at check in.

The grandparents

Long connections, wheelchair assistance requested at every point of the journey and confirmed back, and a hotel that will let them in before noon after a night flight.

The forty who have not replied

We hold the block, watch who has ticketed and who has not, and chase the ones who have not, so the family sending the invitations is not also running a spreadsheet.

Rooms are blocked at the same time as the flights, because a room held for a night that nobody now needs is the expensive half of the mistake. Guests pay for their own travel on their own link. The family paying for some of it and not all of it is normal, and we can split it that way without anybody being told who was covered.

Anything that moves after that, a delay, a cancelled leg, a guest who misses a flight the morning of, comes to us first and reaches you already solved.
